For orders paid BEFORE 5:00pm, please expect next day delivery between 8:30am - 12:00nn. All orders paid AFTER 5:00pm will be included on day 2 dispatch.
Deliveries on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are temporarily suspended.

1. How fast is the delivery once payment is completed?

If ORDER is completed and paid BEFORE 5:00PM, the items will be automatically delivered within the NEXT DAY FROM 8:30AM TO 12NN (except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

We deliver only WITHIN METRO MANILA + NCR Plus from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12NN. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday.

Shipping Rates are available on the checkout page. We are unable to specify rider's time of arrival on the day aside from the time frame provided above. Kindly monitor from the link sent to you by our 3rd party courier service.

2. What if I have a preferred delivery date?

If you wish to have your orders delivered on another day, kindly send an email to [email protected] with email subject line: Del Resched | *insert order number * | *insert date preferred (e.g. Jan 10)*.  Please send this email immediately after payment completion. Kindly do not send your requests via Facebook or Instagram.

3. I have an extremely urgent order made after 5pm and I would like to have it delivered the next day morning.

We will try our best to accommodate your requests as much as we can but we are unable to guarantee this. Kindly send an email to [email protected] with email subject line: Urgent | *insert order number * | *insert date preferred*. Being kind helps. Kindly do not send your requests via Facebook or Instagram. 

4. Do you allow pick up or self collection?

We do not allow pick up or self collection at the moment. 

5. I want to have my orders shipped outside of Metro Manila.

Yes, we are able to support provincial shipment. Kindly click on "request for quotation" available on shipping rates page upon checkout and expect an email/ viber from us.
